To make Batch Mix: Pour every liquids into one sizeable container, leave to sit for one hour, then pass it through preferably using muslin, making it perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of your premix to a cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
